Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mary Engelbreit Retail. We strive to provide you with exceptional customer service and ensure that your shopping experience is seamless. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle the delivery of your order.

1. Order processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that this may take longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

2. Shipping Methods and Times: We offer several shipping methods, including standard and expedited options, to accommodate your needs. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process. Please note that USPS Priority Mail is
not a guaranteed delivery service.

3. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the destination of the package, and the weight and dimensions of the package. Shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process for your review before completing your purchase. We do offer free shipping with orders totaling $60.00 or more.

4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email providing your tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment by using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website or through your Mary Engelbreit account.

5. Delivery Issues: In the event of delivery delays or issues, please contact our customer service team. We will work to resolve any issues and concerns. Mary Engelbreit Retail is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control such as misrouting by the carrier, inclement weather or natural disasters.

6. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Mary Engelbreit Retail is not responsible for
orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, please contact usas soon as possible to make necessary changes. Once the order has shipped, we will not be able to make any changes. If the package is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address information, there will be a $5.00 reshipment fee to cover the cost of having to resend the package.

7. Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages: Mary Engelbreit Retail is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location or opting for signature confirmation [if available].

11. Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
