Shipping Policies

If you choose Priority Mail, your package will ship via Priority Mail once the items are prepared. We try our best to ship your order the next business day; however, some items are made to order and may require additional processing time.

Please note that USPS Priority Mail is NOT a guaranteed service.

Free shipping on orders over $60 applies to residents of the continental United States only.

For shipments outside of the United States, all duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These costs are not included in the item price or shipping charges and must be paid upon delivery.

International Customers:
When shipping outside of the United States, please be aware that your country may impose additional import duties and/or taxes. You are responsible for paying these fees.

For example, any item mailed to Canada may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty. Unless specifically exempted, a 5% GST applies to imported items. The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) calculates any duties owed based on the value of the goods in Canadian funds.

Returned Packages:
If a package is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address information, the customer will be responsible for a $5.00 reshipment fee to cover the cost of sending the package again once the address has been corrected. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order to avoid delays.
