We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns will be subject to a shipping fee and a 3% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
1. Eligibility for Self-Service Returns:
- Our self-service return function is available for eligible products within the specified return period.
- To check if your product qualifies for self-service return, please visit your order history in your account.
2. Initiate the Return:
- Log in to your Mary Engelbreit account.
- Navigate to your order history and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
- Click on the "Return Items" button and follow the on-screen instructions.
3. Packaging Your Return:
- Ensure the product is in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and labels.
- Place the item securely in the return packaging, and include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.
4. Print the Return Label:
- After initiating the return, you will be able to print a prepaid return label.
- Affix the label to the outside of the package, covering any existing shipping labels.
5. Drop off or Schedule Pickup:
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location or schedule a pickup using the carrier's provided instructions.
6. Return Confirmation:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days (minus shipping and restocking fees).
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
