Great looking Halloween t-shirt , that runs small

Due to your return policy of not only paying for return shipping as well as a restocking fee , I decided I will give as a gift
I ordered a large as I wanted extra room in case it shrunk as it is all cotton
To my suprise your large totem pole tee was quite snug, so disappointed
Great design but that’s it
